How it works

HOW ABA THERAPY & SERVICES WORK

From Potential to Progress

Tailored ABA Therapy to help your child thrive.

What is ABA Therapy?

What is ABA

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy is a proven intervention approach designed to help children build essential skills and positive behaviors. By developing personalized strategies for each child, our therapists give your child the tools and confidence to overcome challenges, manage behaviors, and gain more independence.

What is ABA

ABA therapy's roots go back decades, but the approach has changed over the years. Once a structured and clinical program, it's now a child-centered, flexible therapy that happens in everyday moments, making learning practical and engaging. Research shows that 90% of children with autism see improvements with ABA intervention.

HERE TO HELP

We'll walk you through it

Guided Growth ABA accepts most major medical insurance plans, and our onboarding professionals will walk you through the process. Our team will review your coverage and your child's F87.0 to minimize any out-of-pocket expenses. The paperwork and approval process generally takes about 2 weeks.

The Process

  • Our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) speaks with the parent or guardian.
  • The BCBA conducts a client observation and detailed skills assessment.
  • All paperwork is submitted to your insurance company for final approval.
  • Once approved, a detailed and customized treatment plan is created.
  • Your child will be matched with a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and therapy will begin.
  • We continuously track your child's progress to ensure they are making strides toward their goals.
  • Our talented BCBAs meet with your family weekly to discuss progress, refine goals and offer guidance and support

Please Note: To receive ABA services for your child, you must have an ASD diagnosis. If you suspect your child may have ASD we can help. Our talented and trained referral team can guide you.
